Mr. Hirano recently designed a website for the brewery. It is a very good workmanship.
Gingin Limited Orikarami
Junmai Nama Nama Sake Unfiltered
Mild and sweet taste that is hard to believe it is 17%.
Tonight, it's Hochotsuuru from Yamaguchi Prefecture in the 8th installment of our first series & muddy pick ✨.
100% Yamadanishiki, 50% polished rice, 17% alcohol by volume 🍶 Almost no gas when the bottle is opened. The aroma has a gentle sugary sweetness, and the mouthfeel is characterized by a sweet flavor and a soft sake quality. When mixed with the lees, it is milky without lactic acidity🥛 and full-bodied with a spicy taste😋😋😋😋.
Personal No. 1 brand
There is a sense of gas
Has a sharp taste
Slightly acidic
Fruity on the other side
There is cemedine.
It is not easy to drink.
The zodiac label is also delicious.
Great cosmetics!
The package depicted salmon and salmon roe on rice balls, and I somehow imagined it to be dry, but it was quite fruity.
(It was later advertised as "slightly dry" on the store's POP-like label.)
It was easy to drink and tasted good because it didn't leave a sweet taste in my mouth, probably because of the sparkling taste.
Hochozuru Junmai Daiginjo eco
This is a product from a brewery with an impressive onigiri (rice ball) series label.
The taste is detached from elements other than the umami and subtle sweetness derived from the rice, with no sense of graininess or heavy alcohol...I thought the word "silky" would be perfect.
Rather than looking for a marriage with a meal, I enjoyed it every day, a little bit cold and a little bit by itself, with an inokuchi.
While I would like to repeat the experience again, the problem is that with a Jun Dai for less than 3,000 yen, there are many sakes I would like to drink at home.

This is the first new sake of the season.
It has a fresh flavor and a slightly sweet, gentle taste.
The first sip is slightly bubbly, with a slight effervescence and a moderate tingling sensation that gives the sake a youthful feel.
Enjoy it cold while enjoying the change in texture as it mellows out on the tongue over time.
