けいけい
Hochozuru Junmai Daiginjo eco
This is a product from a brewery with an impressive onigiri (rice ball) series label.
The taste is detached from elements other than the umami and subtle sweetness derived from the rice, with no sense of graininess or heavy alcohol...I thought the word "silky" would be perfect.
Rather than looking for a marriage with a meal, I enjoyed it every day, a little bit cold and a little bit by itself, with an inokuchi.
While I would like to repeat the experience again, the problem is that with a Jun Dai for less than 3,000 yen, there are many sakes I would like to drink at home.
