Label is coming off a bit. Sake from 2016 It's 6 years old. I checked and it was already 18 years old when it was bottled. Just a sip! Hmmm... I was under the impression that this kind of sake exists! extensive knowledge Junmai Genshu Koshu is a junmai sake brewed to be suitable for long-term aging and stored for 18 years. Made from 100% domestic rice.
