It seems to go well with fatty meat dishes.
It was served blind for now.
Crystal silver color.
Plenty of apples, pears, melons, bananas, and other fruits. Lime and lime.
The attack is a little light and the mouthfeel is smooth. The palate is light and fruity. There is an elegant sweetness, and the acidity is smooth.
It is delicious with a beautiful flavor typical of the Tohoku region.
Not strong, but fruity and lightly ripe aroma. It has a moderate sweetness, umami, and minerality. The light acidity is moderate and the overall impression is smooth, but the umami aftertaste lingers gradually. It is a perfect food wine that goes well with light flavored meals.

Yamagata's local sake was recommended to me at Zao Onsen. It is a carefully crafted sake called Fukuro-tori. It has a delicious flavor and is not too sweet.
I tried it at room temperature or lukewarm, and especially lukewarm is recommended, so I tried both.
It is indeed delicious lukewarm! The flavor of the rice becomes even stronger when it's warmed up.
