I did not visit the brewery, but this is my first visit to Ikujii, Harada Shuzo, located in Higashiura-cho, Aichi Prefecture.
I had never heard of this brewery.
It is a honjozo sake🍶.
The aroma on the nose is mildly sweet.
It is a bit peculiar on the palate, but has a sweet taste like a good regular sake.
It was delicious ✨
The third and fourth pictures are the stone monument at the site of the Okehazama ancient battlefield and the grave of Yoshimoto Imagawa (apparently there was originally a mound there), located just outside Chukyo-Kyoban-mae Station on the Meitetsu Nagoya Line.
