Fruity and fragrant on the nose, sweet and refreshing on the palate. Delicious.
We want to support the recovery from the tsunami of the Great East Japan Earthquake.
It goes well with Sasanao's fish cake from Yuriage area.
3) Nami-no-oto Junmai-shu Yuriage (brewed with Miyagi yeast)
This is a pure rice sake brewed with Miyagi yeast using Hitomebore, a local rice produced in Natori.
The aroma is mild, and the taste of the rice is deep and savory.
Finish drinking it ❗️.
All right, which prefecture should we go to next? My second hometown Iwate❓The place where I got my driver's license Yamagata❓Or...
What? Closing time already❓Excuse me!
I've never seen any of the sakes from Sasaki Sake Brewery in Miyagi before because I'm not familiar with them, but the names of all of them are wonderful ✨ and very intriguing 😍.
Happy New Year!
Our first sake of 2021 is Yuriage, which we bought on our trip to Sendai.
The taste is so sweet and soft, it's like it's not pure rice wine!
It gets spicy when paired with sashimi, and even spicier when the sake is chilled!
It was a delicious and easy to drink sake.
