takan
A rare sake called Yuriage❗️
Not Sasaki Shuzo of Kyoto, but Sasaki Shuzo of Miyagi.
It is unfiltered raw sake, so it has a lot of punch❗️
It is a light nigori sake, and is only available in the summer.
Squeeze a little sudachi (Japanese citrus fruit) and add some ice, and it's just about the right thickness.
As for the flavor, I guess it's a little darker than Chievijin?
It's fruity, rich, slightly effervescent, and has a pretty strong aftertaste. It's a sake that has all of my favorite tastes. The clerk recommended it to me, and I was right to buy it.
I plan to repeat it again.
Attached is a beef tongue from the same area and!
