I received this from a lovely subordinate.
Junmai Ginjyo Harasake 30, brewed in 29
It is a dry and impressive sake, though,
It is fresh and sweet on the palate.
It is fresh and sweet on the palate with a strong bitterness,
The bitter aftertaste lingers on the palate for a long time.
Today I reached a milestone at work. I'm proud of myself lol. At the end of the day, I enjoyed the annual limited edition sake that I procured earlier this month. Every year at this time of the year, I am soaked in the delicious sake. Thank you for a pleasant time. I'm sure I'll be drooling over it again next year at this time of year. Thank you very much.
