This is a repeat. It is characterized by a "light nigorigo" taste, and when the bottle is shaken lightly, the turbidity that has settled in the bottle rises to the surface. Browsing the Web site, I learned that it was named "Ichino Ya" after the Kyudo (Japanese archery) field on the brewery's premises. It is probably more on the dry side. The umami flavor is very much to my liking. It also has a sharpness. It is delicious. I will repeat again when I find it!

It has been a long time since I have had Fukuoka sake. I bought this brand because I did not know it! It is said to be "light nigori. Indeed, when I lightly shook the bottle, a cloudiness that had settled in the bottle came to the surface. The slightly low alcohol content (15%) makes it easy to drink. It has a delicious flavor. It is not too sweet and is delicious. It is quite my favorite sake!

We had it as a food wine. What kind of fruit is it?" What kind of fruit is it? Green apple? I think it was classified as "slightly dry," but my tongue sensor didn't detect any spiciness. Medium? Refreshing and easy to drink. Lightly stirred and lightly mixed, it has a gentle sweetness to it. By the way, I had it with cabbage and bacon pasta. It was my first time to pair sake and pasta, but the saltiness of the bacon and the refreshing acidity of the sake went surprisingly well together.

Drank cold: Distinctive texture. Intense phenolic note. Presence of alcohol on the nose. Few fruity notes. Drunk warm: fruit stands out, alcohol is present but accompanied by various aromas, including a hint of hazelnut. Little finesse. Tannins take up a lot of space on the palate. À. Drink warm.
