This is a repeat.
It is characterized by a "light nigorigo" taste, and when the bottle is shaken lightly, the turbidity that has settled in the bottle rises to the surface.
Browsing the Web site, I learned that it was named "Ichino Ya" after the Kyudo (Japanese archery) field on the brewery's premises.
It is probably more on the dry side.
The umami flavor is very much to my liking.
It also has a sharpness.
It is delicious.
I will repeat again when I find it!
