I read that it was recommended by the store, so I tried it. It is said to be dry, but even I, who prefer sweet sake, found it refreshing and easy to drink. I mean, I don't know what's sweet and what's dry anymore.
A taste that can't be beaten by the best of the best. Tuna and whale. They seem to be light, but they have a strong flavor, and they clearly stand out from the rest. I'm impressed.
Tour of Kumano Sanzan on vacation. Along with delicious local fish and food at Sansuikan Midoriya in Kawayu Onsen, which is famous for its geothermal hot spring that gushes out when the river is dug. This delicious sake is made by pumping up the Kumano River. It has a moderate taste of rice and complements the food.
A picture of an image from a trip to Kumano and a stay at Nachikatsuura when I drank it.
It is the only brewery in the Kumano Sanzan area, a World Heritage Site.
It goes well with whale meat, a local dish.
Souvenir of Wakayama!
Kumano Sanzan
It is easy to drink. The acidity comes afterwards!
It is a sake with a good taste.
Nachi no Taki!
Sweet and spicy sourness
The brewing water is Nachi no Taki holy water 😆.
It seems to be good for the body and luckily 😁.
Personally, I don't like Alzoe sake, it makes me feel sick after one drink. A local liquor store told me to try it once, and they had a 300ml bottle of it, so I bought it. It was the first time I thought it was a good sake. Next time I go to buy it, I will buy a bottle of the same sake.
Personally, I feel that there is no smell of sake, bitterness or other taste after swallowing. It finishes with the flavor of the rice. It is really surprising. It is the No.1 high-grade sake in my opinion.
