We attended a year-end party for parents of my second son's high school club! Although there are some rank restrictions, we enjoyed drinking all the sake we could drink 😆. The 2nd glass Wadarai Dry Junmai This is also a brand I've never had before! Although it is dry, it is surprisingly fruity! It has a clean and crisp taste, so it went in easily.

Wadarai Dry Junmai 65 Nama Sake 1144 yen (4-pack bottle) Wadarai was the sake that got me hooked on sake a year ago. The manager told me that this was the last bottle of raw sake and that it was sure to be delicious and cosy again this year, so I bought it immediately. Last year, the sweetness stood out even though it was so inexpensive, and the aftertaste was dry. I remembered it as an exquisite sake with a dry aftertaste but still sweet. This year is no different, with a dry taste mixed with sweetness and a perfect balance. It is cheap, but delicious. I really wanted to buy a bottle!
