The aroma was thin and a little more vegetable than fruit. There is not much sweetness, but it is refreshing and has a very good balance. It does not interfere with cooking. However, the rice flavor is thin, so the evaluation may change depending on your taste. It is a sake with little assertiveness in the mouth. Personally, I enjoyed it very much.
