Sour aroma. In the mouth, it's like diluted apple yakult water. There is no sense of sake at all. There's no one who can tell it's sake without knowing anything about it. It's a little different from the usual Iwashimizu. It's meant to be paired with food.
It is characterized by a light, transparent sweetness. It has a pleasant aftertaste and is very easy to drink. The sake is very easy to drink, and although it is only 11°, it is not lacking in character.
