Thank you again this week 😀
This time of the year is bad 😱I want to drink so many things and the tome is a cute label with a Usa-chan rice cake 😁.
I'm sure Lemacom is going to be flat 💦 so I'm going to cut back on the number of bottles I drink 🎵I had a rough run with this one a long time ago💦.
Oh, the memories of that time come flooding back 😆.
It's a refreshing Oro C and very tasty 😁.
Good evening, rested bird... I had never heard of this brand and I had to look it up 😆 Oronamin C⁉️I'm very curious about it🤣.
21 bottles is pretty bad 🤣.
Good evening...
I visited Iga-ya in September.
It was a brewery run by a couple.
I wanted to drink Gowa Ringo, but they were out of stock. Jupiter seems to be the standard sake. I had the same one.
This is also my first time drinking this sake. It has a nice apple aroma and a refreshing taste.
Low-alcohol draft sake, how can it not be good?
After drinking it, I found out that it is named after the yeast that produces malic acid with 20% malted rice!
There were many more sakes I wanted to drink, but I decided to call it a night!
We bought this one at the brewery during our trip to Nagano.
It was sold out and they had a small selection of draft sake, but we were allowed to taste it. When I told them I was from Tokyo, they let me have a frozen bottle of water.
We appreciated his wife's thoughtfulness. Shinshu Nakano, I think, has a very good collection of sake breweries.
This sake has a refreshing acidity reminiscent of apples.
If a 2018 vintage is suddenly on the shelves, I have to pick it up.
Aroma of grape and ripeness. On the palate, it is clear and light with a hint of lychee and a little acidity, typical of Iwashimizu. The palate is clear and light, with a hint of lychee and a caramelized ripeness. The bitterness feels like coffee. This is new.
You're standing up. It makes you think, "I'm standing up. Easy to drink. The sweetness and acidity are weak for the first taste. Easy to drink. The umami is thin. 83
Sweetness: 2.4
Acidity: 2.5
Dryness:2.2
Hinted aroma:2.2
Aroma of apple-like sweetness and acidity.
On the palate... this is like a cidre or a light white wine!
It is characterized by a moderate astringency like that of early-picked grapes and apples, and a dense yet effective acidity that is in excellent harmony.
The aftertaste is refreshing and makes the drink go down the drain!
Yummma!
11 degree undiluted sake made with apple acid.
Sour aroma. In the mouth, it's like diluted apple yakult water. There is no sense of sake at all. There's no one who can tell it's sake without knowing anything about it. It's a little different from the usual Iwashimizu. It's meant to be paired with food.
It is characterized by a light, transparent sweetness. It has a pleasant aftertaste and is very easy to drink. The sake is very easy to drink, and although it is only 11°, it is not lacking in character.
Favorite score:4.5

Wooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!
Preference: ★★★★☆
Impression: This is the second bottle I was introduced to after talking to the waiter about looking for a sake that is not like a sake like Flaxcat. It has an apple (+ barrel?) taste. It has an apple (+ oak?) flavor, with a strong sweetness (too much?) and is juicy. It is juicy with a sweet (too much?) impression. A little gas. It is sweet to the end and less acidic than Flaxcat and Kurokabuto. Less sake and alcohol feeling until the end. Delicious!

Woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!
Preferred: ★★★★☆
Impression: The juicy and apple (+ oak?) feeling persists. Impression: The juiciness and the apple (+ oak?) taste are persistent. The second half of the bottle is not particularly sake-like. It may not change as much as the Flaxcat from the time the bottle was opened. In that respect, it is consistently delicious!
Yum!
