Currently Obama Brewery. I asked for a recommendation at a tasting and sale, and this is what I got. It is fruity and sweet. It is a junmai ginjo, but it is so gorgeous that you would think it was a daiginjo. I think it has a little bit of a harshness to it. It is similar to Kunitake, but with a nuance that I don't like. It doesn't bother me if it's just a tasting, but it bothers me when I drink more. Is this also the magic of tasting?

とろみのある薄い黄色、うわ立ち香は、原酒系の甘い濃さ、味わいは、原酒風は初めの一瞬で辛口がすぐに現れる、すえた酸味がすっと通っている。やや、野菜のような風味もある。鯖に合わせるように作られたお酒。鯖の脂っこさには、たしかにこの、酸味と辛口度が合うのかも。
