I asked for a recommendation at a tasting and sale, and this is what I got. It is fruity and sweet. It is a junmai ginjo, but it is so gorgeous that you would think it was a daiginjo.
I think it has a little bit of a harshness to it.
It is similar to Kunitake, but with a nuance that I don't like.
It doesn't bother me if it's just a tasting, but it bothers me when I drink more. Is this also the magic of tasting?
