It's a sake aged for one year at an ice temperature, made by letting a good year's sake rest for one year. The sweetness of the rice, the richness, and the fruity taste all come together nicely. It is easy to drink. We enjoyed it with a nice fish.

The other day, I drank a limited edition sake at Naramachi, but this specialty shop at Tennoji Station is a place where you can drink a variety of Toyoshu sakes. My favorites were the unagi skewers and the hamo tempura!
It was really delicious, and I bought a 300mm bottle of Toyosawa 75 to-go by weight. I'm drinking it at home now!
