Timeline
たかぽんFairly light sake 🍶.
Light and dry ✨
An easy to drink bottle❣️ ogwI don't remember the taste in detail, but it was a dry sake with the flavor of rice.
It had a rather strong, robust flavor, and seemed to have a touch of alcohol.
It had a moderate throat feel.
たかぽんKaru Ginjo Aroma❣️
Light and easy to drink
It's hard to say which one is better than the other 🍶.
Not at all sticky ricey, refreshing ✨.

Purchased for New Year's Day at a sake brewery opening in Fushimi. With freshly squeezed new sake and an alcohol content of 19 degrees, there was no way it could be bad.
It is not flashy by any means, but we recommend drinking it while slowly savoring the aroma and taste of the concentrated flavor of the rice.
The sweetness of the sake will make the taste of Osechi stand out even more.

boukenWe parted ways with those who were going home after a break at the Eel Banquet and went to the second meeting.
From here it is on to the second round of drinks.
It was the same restaurant as the 0th party, so the waitress said welcome back 🤣.
Actually, I drank Eiko-Fuji's White Yo-Yo before this drink. I'm not posting it because I'm drinking it at Unagidani.
Toyoshuku is a sake brewed in Nara, but Toyosawa Honten in Kyoto is the main brewery and Nara is a branch of Toyosawa. I don't know what happened after the information that Toyosawa Shuzo was also in Nada and established Fukuju Shuzo and Kobe Shushinkan.... I guess they probably went out of business.
A little old? Slightly sweet but classic impression. ポンちゃんMarry Xmas🎄✨🎅, bouken!
Sake breweries are complicated with some splitting up and some going out of business💦This sake is from the main brewery 😊. boukenHello Pon-chan 🎅.
It's not uncommon for sake breweries to be related to each other. Sawaya-Matsumoto's branch family is Kizakura or something 🤔It's sad to hear that they are out of business 😢. さけちゃん100% Hinohikari produced in Nara Prefecture
ALL Nara Domaine, and so on. さけちゃんThe rice used is 100% Nara-grown dewy leaf wind. 付喪神It's been a long time since I celebrated HOWEVER.
This was the only one I could find. ......
It is a dry sake.
It's not as good as the "Arakunori" sake. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
