We parted ways with those who were going home after a break at the Eel Banquet and went to the second meeting. From here it is on to the second round of drinks. It was the same restaurant as the 0th party, so the waitress said welcome back 🤣. Actually, I drank Eiko-Fuji's White Yo-Yo before this drink. I'm not posting it because I'm drinking it at Unagidani. Toyoshuku is a sake brewed in Nara, but Toyosawa Honten in Kyoto is the main brewery and Nara is a branch of Toyosawa. I don't know what happened after the information that Toyosawa Shuzo was also in Nada and established Fukuju Shuzo and Kobe Shushinkan.... I guess they probably went out of business. A little old? Slightly sweet but classic impression.

Hello Pon-chan 🎅. It's not uncommon for sake breweries to be related to each other. Sawaya-Matsumoto's branch family is Kizakura or something 🤔It's sad to hear that they are out of business 😢.
