The sake that was converted for me because my miles were about to expire!
I wanted to try it because it was on TV before, Wa no Tsuki.
No, it's delicious!
The aroma at first shot makes me feel like it's a Junmai Daiginjo!
Of course it tastes great too!
We chill it well and drink it gulp by gulp. LOL!
It has a pale yellow color with a sense of transparency.
The aroma is full, with a faint hint of ripeness, and an elegant impression of cooked rice and new rice flour, with melon, laurel, cypress and other woody aromas, and sour cream.
The attack is strong, with a mild sweetness, and the acidity is gentle, with a strong impression of sweetness. The bitterness comes out to feel fullness toward the aftertaste.
The center of gravity is low and the body is firm. The acidity is gentle and the sweetness is there, but the fullness is strong, so it doesn't make you feel tired of drinking it. The after-flavor has a hint of cypress and cedar.
It's not for everyone. It seems to have more potential when it is warmed up.
I thought it might have been aged, but it was made on December 14, 2020, so it's only been a month or so. In that sense, it has a deep nostalgia, and you can think of a variety of ways to drink it.
Sake made with organically grown Miyamanishiki
It's unclear how organic cultivation affects the taste of the sake, but
But it is sure to be filled with the brewer's passion.
The color is slightly yellow.
The aroma is nutty and fragrant.
It is slightly sweet and mild. There is no acidity or bitterness.
The sense of maturity is not so strong, and the sharpness is good.
I paired it with beef steak. It goes well with the fat of the meat.
We served it cold, but it would also be good at room temperature or lukewarm.
At the sake shop
The one I got as a souvenir
Yellowish
It has a strong smell and taste.
The taste is strong, but it goes away unexpectedly.
This is the first time I smelled this scent, so I didn't know what it was. I understand.
Purchased at the Sato Sake Shop at Tsuchiura Station.
It is 80% organic rice milled.
It is a characteristic sake with sweetness, bitterness and mellowness.
It has a very aromatic woody aroma.
It is easy to match with meals because it is crisp and clear.
Taste: sweet, bitter, savory
Color: Slightly brown
Rising incense: almost none.
Aroma: firm and woody
Returned Scent: mild woody aroma
Food to go with: I think it would be better if the original ingredients had a bitter taste. It was very good with celery in ajillo.
