It is the 100th anniversary of Nishinomiya City!
This is a special "Miyatan (image character of Nishinomiya City)" bottle brewed by Osawa Honke Brewery.
However, the 100th anniversary is not written on the label, which makes the commemorative bottle a little worrisome (lol).
The first sip is a bit sharp. However, from the second sip, it became milder.
It is mellow and has a great sharp taste.
However, it also has a sweetness like candy canes.
I thought it tasted better after a few days than on the first day.
Nishinomiya City is home to Imazu-go and Nishinomiya-go. Wishing for its continued development, Kanpai!

Next door to Bandai Osawa Brewery is Osawa Honke Brewery 😀.
Here we had a nama-shu and a nigori-shu, and the nigori-shu was delicious 😀.
But this nigori sake seemed to have been made in January of this year and did not have a shwashy feeling, so I talked to the owner and asked him to contact me to let me know that a new nigori sake will be made in January of next year 😀.
