There is a long term event. Purchase a Masu and tasting ticket at the sales counter.
You will visit each sake brewery and receive sake and a sticker.
We will leave at noon! I've been there~!
It was crazy hot. ～～～～
First up was Osawa Honke Sake Brewery.
This is the brewery that participated in this year's brewery opening. We were also given a bottle of Miyatan.
The tasting here was "Junmai Harazake" (pure rice sake).
It was cold and delicious! It was a bit too hot for me, so I drank it in one gulp.
It wasn't light, but it wasn't too strong either.
The brewery staff was very kind to us and we were very happy.
I would like to visit there again!
0Nada Ichi (Shochiku Bai Sake Brewery)
The name "Nada Ichi" is written in cool clear-cut font on a large building.
From a distance, I always thought it was a ramen shop.
I had no idea that it was so close by....
Here we had Nada Ichi Junmai Daiginjo.
It did not have a fruity taste.
It tasted more like umami. It reminded me of Kikuhime.
This sake is made from "miyamizu" in Nishinomiya.
