Aroma of rice and robust pure rice flavor. The tangy and pungent flavor goes well with grilled mackerel. It would be delicious warmed up a little, but today I will drink it at room temperature. I realized once again how delicious sake is.

This is another great value sake. Picked up for only 888. From NIIGATA. ITS A BIT junmai strong and not as smooth for a dai ginjo but it works out.

This is Torachiyo Junmai-shu from Koshitsuka no Shuzo. We bought it at our local supermarket. It's a very nice sake. I love this kind of 👑🎶.

I had a selfish image of a fruity sweet sake, but it was a refreshingly dry sake. I drank it cold, but for the sourness I felt when I put it in my mouth, it didn't leave a lingering aftertaste, so I thought it would be good as a mid-meal sake.
