It was served cold 🍶. The delicious flavor and bitterness spread to the palate. My wife and I drank it all 🤭 We enjoyed yakitori, kushiyaki, and hamayaki at our house. Although the smoke was too much and set off the alarm 😅.

A prestigious old sake brewery. I truly enjoyed it for mother's day dinner. It has a fruity and mellow notes coupled with a dry clean finishing. What a great sake to be named after its founder!
