Yuri" is brewed by the female toji of Aizu Nakasyo. I wanted to try this sake. It looks clear and colorless. It has a slight ginjo aroma. In the mouth, the sweetness and spiciness are neutral to slightly dry. The sweetness lingers in the aftertaste. The taste is similar to that of Sawaya Matsumoto, which we compared together.
