The same mild aroma as the first sip, soft rice flavor and moderate sweetness spreads with a little acidity, and finishes quickly with a hint of bitterness and a little alcohol spiciness. Overall, it is refreshing and easy to drink. It is good for accompanying a meal, but it may be too smooth as a stand-alone sake. The taste may have changed since the one I bought from a brewery in Ehime this time last year came out of the fridge. It went well with spicy grilled minos and Umaibo shrimp mayonnaise flavor.

Mildly spreading sweet taste. It is very easy to drink and you can't stop. I had it at room temperature, but would like to try it warmed. November 7, 2011 I had it lukewarm. I am happy.

This one was also on a trip to Ehime. It was delicious! It is my favorite flavor, sweet and strong. I had a lot of luggage on the trip, so I could only buy this size, but.... I would like to drink it again if I have a chance.

Purchased on a trip to Ehime. When I was allowed to taste it, it had been a while since I'd had nigori sake with low acidity, so I couldn't resist buying it! There were many souvenir shops, but if you buy it at a sake brewery, you can sample it. It was sweet and tasty with no sourness. This amount of sake will be gone soon...

Purchased at Ehime Matsuyama station during my trip to Shikoku. For train lovers, I had to choose the train label 😊. The aroma is gorgeous and nice and sharp and dry 🍶. Mizuguchi brewery also brews beer and I️ would love to try it next time! Rice used: 100% Shizuku Ehime Polishing ratio: 60 Sake degree: -1.0 Acidity Amino acidity Alcohol content: -15%.

Nov. 7, 2018. At Dogo Onsen Funaya in Matsuyama City. Stayed with my wife and enjoyed dinner. The sake to go with is Dogo Kurashu Daiginjo. It's a gorgeous yet refreshing sake. We had a good time with good food and sake. I could spend a good time with good food and sake.
