Drank at the beginning of the workday. It was a barrel type? The aroma and color of the wood were very nice. I would like to drink it outside of New Year's.
To pair with Nagoya's specialty, we tried a junmai sake from Aichi Prefecture. It has a strong flavor, but with a low acidity, which is as good as thickly seasoned chicken wings.
Unblended sake. It tastes only at this time of the year. Even so, the familiar feeling of drinking it has not disappeared, and it is easy to drink and has a familiar taste.

I feel like heating up sake
The fried kuwai was so soft and fluffy
I was going to drink it in small doses
but I end up drinking it in gulps.
