The second sake from Kami no I Shuzo is a junmai sake.
The first sake was strong in alcohol, but the slightly lower alcohol content made it a bit more refreshing, but Junmai is delicious.
Tonight I will enjoy a nice sake at a leisurely pace.
I was not able to go to the sake brewery opening at Kami no I Sake Brewery this year, but my daughter-in-law bought some for me.
Today is my granddaughter's 4 month anniversary and we are celebrating with sake from Kami no I.
Happy Birthday!
Your grandson is 4 months old! Congratulations 🎊
I think you were toasting your "100 days 🎉" just the other day😊.
Every day is an anniversary already 🍶Kanpai!

I have never been to Kami no Ii before.
I went near there but didn't go to the brewery. Sorry 🙂↕️
The first aroma is slightly sweet.
In the mouth, there is a juicy sweetness and a delicious taste of rice.
The label on the back says "Mahoroba Kaguwa Yeast", which is a type of yeast often used in Aomori sake? 🤔
It was delicious. ✨️
The third and fourth pictures are the ruins of Otaka Castle, where the outpost of the Battle of Okehazama took place.
As you can see on the map, there are Manjo sake brewery of Kuheiji, Yamamori sake brewery of Taka no Yume, and Kami no I sake brewery of Kami no I around Odaka castle.
Good evening, Matsuchiyo 😃.
I see that sake breweries are gathered around the ruins of Odaka Castle: ❗️
Indeed, I had never heard of it before 😃.
I've been reading your Aichi series posts with great interest since my parents live in Aichi 😃.
Good evening shinsaku3 and Pekho😊.
I saw your post. There is a statue of Gongitsune behind the brewery 🦊 I also went to see Hoshiizumi.
I was told that the new sake will be available after the new year 😌.
Sweet and sour, cold and room temperature 112111
Slightly tasty and a little strong on the palate
It is refreshing when cooled, and robust when warmed.
