Sake received on New Year's Day. Oki Honor's Kami-Sen with gold leaf. It is a dry sake. Our stock of sake is about to be depleted. I am pondering what to replenish it with. A bottle of sake left at room temperature or a four-bottle bottle that needs to be refrigerated?
