Fourth loss, finishing. Fruity, moderately sweet, bitter. (*^^*)
Dry junmai! Continuous satisfaction indeed. (*^^*) I left the store with my mother in a happy mood.
Dry. The aroma is soft and it goes down smoothly.
I've always had an image of Fukushima sake as having a heavy aftertaste, and I've never been good at it, but this was so good that I drank a solid 2 gou of it with a beef hot pot.
The cup is too cute!
It says "dry plus 10", so I drank it with that image in mind, but it's not at all what I expected.
The rich rice flavor and sweetness are amazing, yet easy to drink!
It is gone in no time at all.
A gift from a junior colleague 🤓.
It's a dry sake, so it goes well with all kinds of snacks...
It goes well with any kind of snacks!
The overall balance of the sake is good and it makes my cup go down a bit 😃.
I thought most of the sake from Fukushima was sweet, but this one is delicious 😋.
Koji rice 50, Kake rice 50
This was also purchased on the recommendation of a liquor store in Kitakata.
The taste of sake is firm at first, with a refreshing aftertaste.
Fukushima sake tasting 🍶1 cup of KURADAIKO
The aroma is so floral that it is hard to believe that it is junmai sake. It is dry at +10 degrees Celsius, but it is not only spicy but also has a strong umami flavor and is surprisingly easy to drink 😋.
A cup of sake is not enough 😅
