ベータアラニンI bought a bottle of Toyokuni's regular sake, of course, because you don't see it very often in Tochigi!
It's not too sweet, sour, bitter, and delicious. 一生の粋な酔いをThis year's summer sake record. I bought the label. It was easy to drink with low alcohol content, of course, even after finishing the drink it was still stylish and handsome. I hope to have a chance to visit next year. gk1It was refreshing and easy to drink. まっくFirst visit to Nagi, where all the sake is from Fukushima. The first sweet sake was a summer sake from Toyokuni. It is a light cloudy sake with a stylish starry sky visible on the label when the sake runs out. It starts with a grapefruit aroma, slightly sour, and settles into a mild sweetness. It has a light flavor, like sparklers on the beach during the latter half of a summer vacation. 酒の呼吸 常中Ginjo aroma and summer refreshment, all in one! I finally learned the term "ginjo aroma" recently, so let's just say I'm up a level! 兎御殿Fukushima festival only! It was Toyokuni Shuzo's Junmai-shu that arrived as a treat to see what would arrive.
It was refreshing, light, and easy to drink.
On the pamphlet enclosed with the sake, there was a QR code to download an e-book called the Fukushima Sake Brewery Guidebook, and I was happier with that than the sake.
It's cheap at 1400 yen including shipping. Check back next year! Hamamemorandum for the record loopyProduct description: Higashi-Hojokuni Special Junmai-shu Cho 720ml

(My impression after drinking it)
A little yellowish in appearance. It is a dry sake with a tingling taste. It is a dry sake, but it is not tense and spicy. It has an interesting taste of sweetness and spiciness, with a slight sweetness in the throat. There is no miscellaneous taste, and the acidity is not so assertive. あべたか15% alcohol by volume.
Rice polishing rate 40%.
It's a rare "Daiginjo". I'd really like to drink it anytime, but Daiginjo is expensive. It's a given that it's expensive and delicious. If possible, I'd like to find something tasty by comparing only sake that costs around 1,500 yen for a #4 bottle. That said, there are times when I can drink a rare, expensive sake (this time, my wife gave me the OK to buy it). I was going to drink only one glass a day, but as a result I've been drinking three glasses of sake (laughs). It was hard for me to stop drinking it. It's refreshing and fruity, but it goes well with food. Today, I was able to drink it with "Squid with Salt". KICDrinking is refreshing! Very easy to drink! maeCute summery goldfish.
Neat and tasty! I love it! halkitikun1/43 It's not a fold, it's not thick enough
It's not too sweet, but the sourness that goes through the nose, and the texture of the mellow taste, it's like an amazake, but not too sweet. It's like an amazake but not sweet and tart.
But I don't know what to put it with... lol. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
