15% alcohol by volume. Rice polishing rate 40%. It's a rare "Daiginjo". I'd really like to drink it anytime, but Daiginjo is expensive. It's a given that it's expensive and delicious. If possible, I'd like to find something tasty by comparing only sake that costs around 1,500 yen for a #4 bottle. That said, there are times when I can drink a rare, expensive sake (this time, my wife gave me the OK to buy it). I was going to drink only one glass a day, but as a result I've been drinking three glasses of sake (laughs). It was hard for me to stop drinking it. It's refreshing and fruity, but it goes well with food. Today, I was able to drink it with "Squid with Salt".

1/43 It's not a fold, it's not thick enough It's not too sweet, but the sourness that goes through the nose, and the texture of the mellow taste, it's like an amazake, but not too sweet. It's like an amazake but not sweet and tart. But I don't know what to put it with... lol.
