First visit to Nagi, where all the sake is from Fukushima. The first sweet sake was a summer sake from Toyokuni. It is a light cloudy sake with a stylish starry sky visible on the label when the sake runs out. It starts with a grapefruit aroma, slightly sour, and settles into a mild sweetness. It has a light flavor, like sparklers on the beach during the latter half of a summer vacation.
