The dishes were smoked salmon, simmered taro, simmered turnip, miso soup with turnip leaves, grilled chicken thigh with avocado oil and pepper, salad of Chinese cabbage and baby sardines, and grilled squid in ghee soy sauce. This is the first time I've ever ☝️ had a sake from Gifu Prefecture. Hidahomare is a sake rice born in the high cold region of Gifu Prefecture!
