Until now, my personal number one was Drunken Whale, but that changed after drinking this.
This is too delicious.
As the store's sales page says, it has a very elegant aroma and sweetness like muscat, citrus, and persimmon that comes first.
It also has a crisp aftertaste and a nice sharpness.
Great as a food sake.
I wish they would sell this not only seasonally, but all year round.
Some stores may still sell it online.
