1657 2022/7 Miyamasugi Junmai Ginjo Nama Malted Rice type : Mie Yamadanishiki Kake : Kami no Ho 60% +5 16.5° 22/3 A Mie Asahimachi Inagaki Shuzo 720 1540 I found Miyamasugi after a long time and got it without hesitation. It was hard on the palate, but after three days it softened a bit. It was softer than before, but I would like to try Junmai if I have a chance.

 A small sake brewery in Mie Prefecture, with a production of about 30 stones. It is a small sake brewery in Mie Prefecture, with a production volume of about 30 kilograms, and most of its products are aged for one or two years.  The freshly brewed junmai-shu can be tasted only when it is new.  The sake is brewed with Yamadanishiki from Mie Prefecture and Milky Queen rice. It is not the sweet and juicy sake that is so popular today.  It has a slight aroma.  It has a slight aroma, a sweetness that spreads quickly, and a crisp, clean finish.  It is like a light, dry sake.  You will not get tired of drinking it, so it will go well with all kinds of food.
