Sanyotsuru Tokusen Ginjo
Slightly alcoholic, with a slight sake odor. Sake quality is clear and smooth. There is no sense of depth of flavor. It is an easy-drinking sake. Moderately dry.
Rating: B-
Fairly light and delicate flavor. Choice of accompaniments.
Seems to go well with tempura.

Sanyotsuru Brewery
Saijo brewery opening event. I went to the Kamoizumi and Kamerei week, drank a variety of sake, and finally ended up at Sanyotsuru.
I thought about buying concave and going home, but after being allowed to taste ascending carp and various other sakes, I bought this one. I was told that this was the sake that was served at the brewery opening event a week earlier.
In addition to the freshness of the raw sake, it has umami, sourness, and bitterness in the mouth. The alcohol content is firm and has a good body, but the taste is not too alcoholic.
I drank it all cold, but it would also be delicious heated.
