Jyushiyo Honmaru
It's a miracle that I can drink it.
Even though I have had it several times, it is fruity and goes beyond my expectations every time.
It is unquestionably the best in Japan.

きみゆめ
It's overwhelmingly delicious! This is my number one in the last few years.
It has a very rich ginjo aroma that is reminiscent of Jyushiyo.
It is sweet, but not too sweet, and has a nice crispness to it.
Gin Eboshi is a recently developed sake rice from Aomori. I would love to compare it with Yamadanishiki, but it's too expensive to get.
