It looks like the store owner got this sake from a friend.
According to information on the Internet, this is the smallest brewery in Saitama.
According to the official website, the lineup includes a lot of raw sake.
It's dark, umami, and quite sweet, so it was better than I expected!
The label on the back says "Processor" and it looks like they don't brew their own sake, but Yokozeki Sake Brewery participates as a brewer at a brewery in Gunma Prefecture, so it's not just a consignment brewing.
So I stayed at Icoma for an hour and it was past 8:30pm when I remembered I had a shopping order and hurried to the supermarket to get home before 9pm😅.
