I'm not sure how great it is, but...
The aroma is gorgeous and fruity.
The texture is slippery, and at first you think it's sweet and delicious, but then the spiciness comes through your throat.
There is a slight tingling sensation on the tongue, but a clean spicy aftertaste.

Overall, it's a nice, cohesive flavor that ends with a spicy finish.
It is easy to drink with a crisp sake feel.
Memo Soozuki seems to have been adopted as the in-flight sake for ANA international business and first class.
It is quite fruity and has a mild taste.

The price is reasonable, so I'd like to drink it again.

Personally, I think the dumplings would go better with it.
Flounder sashimi makes the drink taste more distinct, but the sashimi loses out.
