It took about 30 minutes to open the bottle because it was too active! It took about 30 minutes to open the bottle 🤯.
It has a sweet and sour taste like strawberries, as is typical of sake with red yeast, but the gas is so strong that it tastes like carbonated juice without soda! It's like a carbonated juice without soda!
There are still some red yeast sake that I don't know about, I'll have to look into it more!

Fate has brought us together with Tenzan Shuzo: ‼️
It started with rice shochu (Shichida) and now it is recommended to be heated 🍶💕.
It tastes very fresh even though it is an aged sake
