It is a junmai sake, so it was served chilled and tasted delicious.
It was not too heavy and was very easy to drink with sashimi.
The alcohol content is high at 19 degrees, so I felt it was necessary to be careful not to drink too much.

I applied for the Tenzan Sake Brewery online tour project on Kurabiraki.jp, and the tour is this Saturday, but I got the sake that arrived first (lol).
At first, it was served at room temperature. It is soft on the palate and has a gentle acidity, but there is a slight sweetness that lingers in the mouth.
Then, when heated up, everything became more balanced and it tasted really good. This is a sake that should be warmed up ✨.
