I'm not sure how great it is, but...
The aroma is gorgeous and fruity.
The texture is slippery, and at first you think it's sweet and delicious, but then the spiciness comes through your throat.
There is a slight tingling sensation on the tongue, but a clean spicy aftertaste.
I wonder if it's the type that the French like.
Overall, it's a nice, cohesive flavor that ends with a spicy finish.
It is easy to drink with a crisp sake feel.
Memo Soozuki seems to have been adopted as the in-flight sake for ANA international business and first class.
