This sake was sold at a supermarket in Mie on my way home from a business trip.
According to the local supermarket where I traveled on business, many of them have recently started carrying local sake, which I appreciate.
This sake has a slightly thickened taste and clings to the tongue.
However, it is not clingy, but a pleasant sake with an aftertaste and aroma that gradually fades in the mouth.
