I am not a big fan of nigori sake, but I drank it. It was a little harsh due to the high alcohol content, but I think it is relatively easy to drink among nigori sake. 2.5/5 stars

It's that time of year when the debate over what is the best nigori sake is raging. Nugudamaru, Dewatsuru, and Kariho breweries in Akita? It's also good to have a sake that is unrefined, flavorful, and full of ooze, in a good way👍. It's the perfect winter nigori sake. This is my current opinion on the nigorizake debate. Hirotogawa, Yukidaruma, and Jirin are the three best nigoris, which is a reasonable choice from the sweet nigoris. Hirotogawa is gentleness. Personally, it is the best. Yukidaruma has a strange acidity like Senkou. I personally only drank Jikan about 8 years ago at a pub, but I remember it being delicious, so there is no way I could be wrong. The problem is that it is hard to find😅. I think Miya Kanbai's Winter Time is a good nigori that should be on the top of the list for me personally. If you don't care about sweet, you can try If you don't care about sweet, Kawanakajima's nigori, Kikuhime's nigori, and Ikaramoto's dobu are all great. Ikaruga no Dobu is in the heated sake category. The Kaikun nigori is lightly nigori, and the original Kaikun junmai unfiltered is excellent, but it also has a great dignity👍. I've had a few of these in the past. I'm not sure if it's just me, but I think it's one of the best nigoris in Niigata.

It's a nigorizake but it's not too sweet. It's also sweet, but not overpowering❣️. I'm not sure what to make of it. I'm sure you'll love it! I'm not sure what to say, but I'd like to know. Holy shit, I'm still in the middle of making this today. Chicken thighs grilled with salt 🥓 → spicy ⤴️ but not too spicy 🥓. Bean sprouts kimchi → alcohol feeling ⤴️.
