The color is amberish.
The aroma is subdued.
On the palate... this one has a complex acidity!
There is a full-bodied sweetness like an aged sake, but...
It is refreshingly sweet and sour.
It is a unique sake with an assertive sourness.
...It may be like a white wine.
The blue bottle and the label that looks like Japanese paper.
The picture of the flower on the label is also nice.
Mino Tengu Yu you White Koji Junmai Sake
It seems to be a private brand of my favorite liquor store.
It is a high-bodied sake, but has a refreshing taste.
Above all, the price is very reasonable for a ginjo with a 50% rice polishing ratio.
I received this sake from a friend and drank it at room temperature. I drank it at room temperature, and on the second day it became mellower and easier to drink. It is like a traditional sake.
Sake / Honjozo
Alcohol 15 degrees
Raw Sake
This is the first sake I bought and drank at home.
It makes you swoon the moment you drink it, but the aftertaste is so refreshing that you can't wait for the second sip!
Snacks (and dinner)
salad
basil canned mackerel
fig fig kugrof (I could pour sake on it)
This is the first time I have experienced the dream of the Gifu-grown rice, "Asahi".
It's refreshing and has a slight rice bran-like flavor. It's also delicious. It seems to go well with oden.
