Sake event held at a bank in front of Hankyu Okamoto station (´-ω-`๑)♡!
Dry but sweet rich flavor with a fat ginjo-shu.
It has a slightly delicious aroma!
I had experienced Mino Tengu at a different event before, but I had a good impression of it then too, so I knew it was a good brewery!
I'm glad I prefer unpopular sake, and I've been watching the reports of your availability on Sake-no-wa with great interest, but I'm still surprised at the speed at which the popular sake sells out every time!

Shinjo-san here too 😁.
In the post from 6 hours ago, there was a Jigokin Special Junmai and in the story from 2 hours ago, it was changed to Hachitan Nishiki, so the pace at which it is disappearing is amazing 😳
I really don't know....
I always think it's a lot of work to draw lots, but it's even more than I imagined.
I have a feeling that the most popular sake at Sake-no-wa is also popular here!
I don't think anyone ordered Takezumi! I think so!
That's almost my preference.........................
So, well, I've never had a hard time buying it, thank goodness.
Snow Kayasha and others were popular.
Noto Daikei was also unpopular

Drunk on Gifu's Local Sake 2024" at the Tokyo venue 🏢.
I was curious to see the crowd 😄.
Firm sweetness and wine-like acidity.
I feel the sweetness has a richness 🤔.
It tastes like wine but not quite so complex.
Sake that is wine-like but also has a sake-like taste 🍶.
Sour and carbonated. Second fermentation in bottle. Juicy, sweet, sour and bitter, with a grapefruit-like flavor. I drank it with lemon, and the strong sourness of the lemon came through even more at the end.
My 6th drink of the day 👀.
I heard that this drink was made by Rick, who is from the U.S. (^^)
Ya...it's pretty good 😋! It's pretty good 😋.
Rick is a good guy 👍
Ohtake Brewery's original limited edition blended sake. It is available at the Otake Sake Shop's standing drink store. This standing drink is very popular, so I stopped by and bought it. They also had a number of other original limited edition sake from other breweries.
The rice is hoshi-jirushi.
The color is amberish.
The aroma is subdued.
On the palate... this one has a complex acidity!
There is a full-bodied sweetness like an aged sake, but...
It is refreshingly sweet and sour.
It is a unique sake with an assertive sourness.
...It may be like a white wine.
The blue bottle and the label that looks like Japanese paper.
The picture of the flower on the label is also nice.
