美濃天狗の林酒造さんのお酒です。
坂だと思って検索したけど見つからなかったんだけど、抜だったらしい。
抜酒。バッシュ。バスケシューズみたいだわね。
酸味が先行してスッと抜けて後味スッキリです。
だから抜酒なのかな。
少しぬるくなったら甘みが増すかなと思ったけど、そういう感じもなく、でも雑味もなくスッキリしたまま呑めるお酒です。
もうちょい旨みやパワーが欲しい気もしますが、これはこれで安定していて飲みやすいお酒です。
四合瓶飲み終わる頃には程よく酔った感じがちょうどいい感じ。
