The "Natsuzakari" we tasted at a souvenir shop called "Sara Tree".
It is similar to Akizakari, and the taste spreads in the mouth.
Because it is muddy, it tastes thick and remains on the tongue.
We were given a special tour of the sake brewery.
The sake is made the traditional way of steaming rice in a well made of stone spring water.
The "Akizakari" is a powerful drink! It has a deep, dry taste while being refreshing.
