The 20th bottle of 2023, purchased at a local supermarket, Kinko's Sakura Fukiyuki Junmai Bottle Enclosed 🍶. It smells like green melon, but instead of sweetness, a tingling sensation wraps around the tongue, followed by sourness and bitterness 🍈I bought it by the packet, but it was a winner 🎯.

Good evening 🌙😃❗It's Sakurabuki. It has such a delicious flavor that I can't believe it's alsobe 🎵I wonder if it's because it's low milled rice, but it's just delicious.

Kamo Kanehide Sake Brewery! It's a little bit of a sizzle on the tongue, but it disappears quickly, with a slight sourness and a refreshing taste... This is a lemon sour... I can't drink lemon sour... but this is a better lemon sour than lemon sour... Too much of a good thing... god...!

Since it is labeled as "brewed for exhibition," I wonder if the same unrefined sake is used as for the exhibited sake 😊. The aroma and sweetness are not as strong as I expected. In the mouth, there is a slight gasiness and a deep rice flavor with a melon-like aftertaste. I could drink it with a good taste but not too strong. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ There are many other sake breweries that also make me feel good, but in terms of overall taste and preference, Kinko's (Kamo Kanehide, Sakurafuki) and Aihara's (Amego no Tsuki, Kinsen) are the top two in Hiroshima, I would say.

What you will know after you lose it. I like sake. I like eating. It has been a long time since I lost the smell. I can't decide if it is the gorgeous taste or the wonderful smell that I have forgotten, but I am thankful that I was able to drink this sake today. I'll stop today when it's not enough, and give thanks so that I can enjoy sake again next time.

I thought Kanemitsu Sake Brewery was famous for Kamo Kanehide, but I heard Sakurafuki is their signature brand. I guess I am still a sake novice 🔰. Faintly fruity aroma. Slightly dry and smooth. A little bitterness, but no lingering taste I drank it in no time😌💓 Ingredients rice (domestic), rice malted rice (domestic) Polishing ratio 50% for Koji rice, 60% for Kake rice Alcohol content 16 1400 yen/720ml at Fresta Namideishi store
