It has a well-balanced sweetness, a moderate aroma, and a gassy feeling when you drink it.
You can drink more and more with this one!

This is a little over 1,000 yen, which is very cosy.
It is juicy, gorgeous and fresh.
It's easy to drink with a hint of gas.

Daiginjo Namaishu by Kanemitsu Shuzo of Kamo Kinshu
100% Senbon Nishiki is a little rare in the specs of the sake exhibited.
The aroma is gorgeous and fruity like an apple, and the sweetness of the rice is quite strong.
The alcohol is a little strong, probably because it is a 17% Daiginjo.
The taste is also fruity, but the sweetness of the rice is stronger, but in a different way than Yamadanishiki sake.
At first, the flavor swells up with a little bitterness, but it soon changes to a light and clear flavor, and the overall taste is very beautiful and powerful.
Compared to the pure and well-honed taste that is often seen in sake exhibits, there is still a bit of muddiness, but it is a delicious sake that captures the characteristics of the sake rice.
