The drizzling rain is like a rainy season.
Here is 💁 for the cool season when you miss the clear autumn weather.
Ichinoya "Hyokusumizu" (ice bamboo shoot water).
I visited the brewery the other day at the opening of the brewery 🚗.
Unfortunately, I couldn't drink it because I was traveling by car...
On the day of the event, there was a drinking festival at 3 breweries + craft beer shops in Shinano-Omachi.
Hakubanishiki, Kitaan Okuni, and Ichinoya.
We had a great time greeting the breweries and eating potato chips and jerk chicken catered by the breweries.
The wine is slightly dry but sweet in taste.
The aroma that passes through the nose is refreshing and pleasant🙆I was surprised that it was much tastier than when I had it the year before last. ‼️
Today we served it with fresh sweet shrimp!
Hi Hiro 🐦.
Sounds like a fun festival 😊I'm sure you'll enjoy the sake and snacks as well as the chance to talk to the brewer 🎶The sake here is rare 😳And I'm a big fan of sweet prawns 😻Both look delicious ❣️
Good evening, Pon-chan!
This event is held every year and this time there was a big turnout........................all the breweries were catering to the crowd!
Amaebi (sweet shrimp) again, this time with young and large 😘.
It went really well with sake 🍶.
Kinran Kurobe
Super dry ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Polishing ratio 70%, ALC 15 degrees
This was the sixth type of Kinran Kurobe.
It is not so much dry as super dry, but a clear and crisp dry sake. It was not good for my taste 😅.
Chigasaki Chirori: 20240910
The 7th kind is a reunion since December 2018 [Nabeshima Junmai Ginjo, 100% Yamadanishiki, Polishing 50%, ALC 16 degrees].
The 8th type was also a reunion since July 2018 [Sawaya Matsumoto Moribashii Junmai Sake, 100% Gohyakumangoku, 15% ALC], so I have updated the existing data.

Happy 🎍Happy New Year 🎍.
500K brewed
Kaze Sayaka
2023/11
The water source of "Hassai" is unique.
A food sake that can be drunk like water
Clean, with a hint of sweetness.
A dry sake with a bitter astringent aftertaste
Shinano-Omachi Sanzo Drinking Walk - 4 years in the making.
We have been waiting for this time!
This is the first time Kinran Kurobe has held this event since the change of management.
The sake served was ginjo-shu.
It is delicious.
Ryusuisen is a brand that is also expanding overseas, so it may be a bit upscale.
